We started Eli with a simple belief: work should be a place where people thrive, not just survive. Because we spend so much of our lives at work—it's often our first place of social interaction—everything has so much to gain when people genuinely enjoy being together and share the same culture.

We're not backed by venture capital or outside investors. Every feature we build, every decision we make, comes from our own vision and dedication. This means we're completely focused on what matters most: creating software that our clients deeply love.

Being a small team means we craft our software carefully. We're not racing to hit arbitrary metrics or please a board of directors. We're building something meaningful, something that genuinely makes a difference in people's daily work lives.

At the heart of Eli is the belief that everyone should be able to communicate freely—horizontally with colleagues, bottom-up to leadership, and top-down from management. We want to remove the frictions and eliminate the distances that often exist between people because of their age, job title, or background.
